When I read or listen to a report on street dog biting some one I could not but recall the resistance group led by sugathakumari in TVm may be twenty y ago who protested the killing of street dogs of TVm. But like human population the st dog also hugely multiplied and hence they are every where posing threat to hapless people. But the TVm resistance groupis silent and somewhere far away from the visibility range. It is very easy to project a wrong case to issue starved minds of the town. But it is another thing when the projected issue is proven right. Out of sheer vanity these people the led and the leaders keep mum. This is the sorriest state of public performance in the countries like ours..
