What every one in the upper layers is longing for is the repetition of the misery once every year during the summer monsoon

As usual the wave erosion of sandy beaches of Kerala is raging in several parts of the coastal area of the state.
Against there is a plan of actin in the files like relocating the suffered people to schools, followed by free ration and so on and so forth.
But what is boldly ignored is relocating these people in new homes away from the reach of the waves erosion.
What is needed is building of multi story flats at least hundred to two hundred meters away from the high water line to relocate the hapless people from the seasonality of the attack.
These flats shall be designed to allow free passage of bakshore rushing seawater right thru and beneath the buildings, very much like the open parking space in the new generation flats or apt complexes.
This is the only solution. I have been watching this annual dance of the sea waves for the last fifty years as geologist interested in shore processes.
I am sure that. Even this note will not get the attention of anyone in the state. What every one in the upper layers is longing for is the repetition of the misery once every year during the summer monsoon.
