The fence poles built by kollam municipality as an extra barricade inside the compound wall of a school for no reason other than substandard construction fell over the masonry compound wall leaning on the over head electric lines in kollam town.
These things will happen only in Kerala, where there is nexus among all concerned during the contracting.
The fence poles or the ms pipe used to erect the fence poles could not stand the weight of the woven chain net to make the barrier.
