Cleaning the perandur canal using a JCB is perhaps the foolish thing to do. Should have been using a slurry pump instead so tha cleaning is worth the trouble. What is now done is. Something to satisfy the public.
Even the engineering community is keeping mum or supporting the JCB cleaning.
I am unsure how long it will need to have a change in mindset.
The public is always at the receiving end.
