There was a clip in manorama channel of a modern school building in ottapalam. Inspite of the modernity and tax payers fund gone into the construction it seems to be a hall mark of third rate construction. Apparently the lions share of the allotted fund was siphoned off by the group involved directly or indirectly in the construction.
Really the same tune of funds in an unaided school would have turned out to be a master piece of construction. The old adage , kattile thadi thevarude aana continues to dance in our country,
