The no forcing of the rear seat belt rule as declared by the minister is equivalent of the msw management. People are doing it by throwing it in door step of the neighbor or neighbors neighbor. Anyway the minister will not face any threat on the road.
Unfortunately ministers do not worry about human lives. After all we have 3.3 crore to dispense with. Ministers are not scientific in their outlook. They are god fearing And believers in astrology.

I am sure that govt is more concerned about the politicians welfare than the welfare of the general public.
