For some reason I feel the hike in prices is part of any economy that is growing. In fact the pay out twice an year in the name of da to employees of the govt and other govt funded organizations is never linked to the productivity. But this as a policy will happen once in six months. The ripples of pay out will slowly reach every facet of the economy.
No organization can be run on a negative budget. So are the railways.
The govt also should do things policies, and every thing else in a transparent fashion. With 300 million people under BPl do not expect any miracle over night or over a decade.
India so far did not produce any world class technology patented in india and sold over the rest of the world. So we are exporting only the kind of stuff any other country can produce and market across the world.
So bottom line is only dream and not try to realize the dreams.
We have the freedom to dream anyway.
