Kudankulam power is the problem. Kerala has not started work on the power highway connecting it to Kerala. It is indeed a great shame for Kerala. Unused power share of Kerala will be used by tn and others and even there might be a claim by tn that they are used to using the Kerala share of koodankulam and therefore any off take by Kerala will impair their economy.
With all the political stalwarts, environmentalists , gadgil protagonists and kasturi Rangan antagonists as well as the church leadership fighting for their turf and ideas what is sidelined is the land acquisition for the power hi way for transmitting the power from kudankulam.
Strangely the power is a non issue for the comrades, congress and the others in the spectrum.
I hope at least some minds are not idling to set things right for Kerala. The media is totally ignoring the question.
