The ToI today carried a piece of news about the possible division of the state of California into six.
Well dividing AP into two created such primitive scenes in both Houses of Parliament.
Shameful indeed. We are civilized only in our dress and there ends all of it. Beyond that we are hugely endowed with barbaric instincts.
It is no blame. But the average citizen can be far better than this.
