Head stand-king of asanas- step 1.
Do like in the photo. The fingers clutched with each other. Crown opf skull is point of contact with the soft ground. Now straighten the legs. Torso will go up. Along with it raise both bend legs to attain the state in the following photo.

Here the torso along with bend knees have been raised and carefully balanced. It is the stage 2 of head stand. Once u are confident about the body balance then…

Raise the legs from knee upward. Fully focus attention on the stretched leg. Think only about holding the body in this position. Stay up like this for say 10 counts. Slowly increase your target counts to 500 and you can achieve this magic number in about 3 or 4 weeks of practice.

Come down just the way opposite of going up. Follow the steps one after the other. Finally remain in this counter posture for say 100 counts.

This is sarvanga asana- the queen of asanas. Steps are not show in photois. Only the final state is shown. Step 1. Lie flat on the back. Then raise the legs from waist up- like english letter L. Then step2. Raise the legs further along with the belly cavity and up to shoulders. Support the back with the pair of hands, and remain stable for 10 counts. Then steadily raise the counts to 500 in step of 50.

Halasana. An excellent posture for the health of organs in the belly and the kidneys and pacreas, which get great massage which is other wise impossible to reach. Arms and legs point to the same direction here.

This is a ardha-chakrasana. Stand up erect on the bend legs. Slowly bend torso backward supporting by both arms clutching the ankles of legs. As usual do for 10 counts to begin with and once mastered go for 500 counts.

This is the great Vajrasana. Sit with the legs folded from the knee donward and backward. Torso is erect and both palms rrest on the thighs.
